    Abstract
    Has conducted experiments on the effect of soaking time on the concentration of green tea tannin on the PT. Coca-Cola Bottling MEDAN INDONESIA UNIT. Determination of tannin concentration by using UV-visible spectrophotometer at λ max 550 nm where by the optimum immersion time is 20 minutes.
