dc.description.abstract	Palm oil plantations are one vegetable oil producing plants are very important in addition to coconut, beans, corn and so forth. Palm oil is one factor that determines the success of oil palm plantations. The amount lost in the palm oil processing, especially on an empty bunches and fat pit can be analyzed using sokletasi extraction method, in which the solvent used was n-hexane. The amount of oil lost in the PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III Kebun Rambutan meet the standards set by the manufacturer. Standard Oil lost in empty bunches is 1.58% and also at the final stage of the pit is 0.70% fat	en_US
