Abstract

Determination of concentration free fatty acid in palm oil have been done by volumetric titration method using standart solution KOH 0,1 N with tymol blue indicator. The result of analiysis has been found in PTP.NUSANTARA III Sei Baruhur is 3,46 – 4,51%. The standart of SNI is 3-5%. That is explain about the concentration of free fatty acid in the PTP.NUSANTARA III Sei Baruhur approriate with standart of quality was the goverment certanly .
