Analisa Persentase Kehilangan Minyak Sawit yang terdapat pada Ampas Press di PT. Perkebunan Nusantara II Pagar Merbau

Abstract

Condition of press very having an effect on quality of crude palm oil. This condition are influenced by pressure of screw press and water of diluent. Maximum working pressure that used between 30-40 bar and condition of screw press to produce % loss of palm oil conformity with standard factory is 12-13 rpm. The percentage loss of palm oil from the pulp press is 4,695 – 4,855%. The percentage loss of palm oil from the pulp press fit standard factory that is ≤ 7%.
