dc.description.abstractSterelization is started by containing the fresh fruit bunch that is sent to sterilizer, pulling by using capstand with is moved by electromotor to enter the sterilizer that accommondated 8fresh cages per units. In course of sterilizing,always happens the oil loss or often refersh as losses. The loss oil can counted by taking sample from condensate boiled water at mentioned,fresh fruit bunch heated with the vapour at temperature about 90-120 minutes.The process of sterilizing is done by system sterilization three peaks to be obtained an optimal result.en_US
