dc.description.abstractFree Fatty Acid of Crude Palm Oil( CPO ) which are produced by Victory has been determined and the result are compared to free fatty acid of crude palm Oil (CPO) of Indonesia National Standard ( SNI ). The method that is used to determine the concentration of Free Fatty Acid is volumetric titration by using of potassium hydroxide 0,1 N as titrant, Brome Timol Blue as the indicator and the mixture of nhecsane with ethanol as solvent. From the observation, the concentration of Free Fatty Acid Crude Palm Oil from the appear tang is 3,9 %, Therefore, the concentration of Free Fatty Acid in CO from each PTPN has already met the export quality standard and the palm oil quality standard in PT.Sarana Agro Nusantara.en_US
