dc.description.abstractUsually, RBD.CNO is used as frying oil. Also need as basic materials of industry, example : hair oil and medicine. Although VCO used as frying oil can also used to destroyed various of illuens that get from viruses. Study of analysis some quality parameter RBD.CNO and Virgin Coconut Oil. That the result of analysis is has ratio with it,s quality standart. Parameter has used is analysis tree fatty acid with use titration method tahat the result of analysis to VCO 0.39% and RBD.CNO 0.03%. Analysis moisture with use gravimetri method to VCO 0.147% and RBD.CNO 0.039%. Analysis impurities with use gravimetri method to VCO 0.005% and RBD.CNO 0.002%. Analysis iodine value with use titration method to VCO 6.36 mg/100g and RBD.CNO 8.70 mg/100g. Analysis colour with use colorimetry method to VCO colour is nure and RBD.CNO colour nearly yellow.en_US
