Pengaruh H-Faktor terhadap Viskositas dan Bilangan Kappa Unbleach Diunit Digester di Pt Toba Pulp Lestari Tbk.Porsea

Abstract

In the cooking process of pulp digester that use cooking liquor NaOH , Na2S , Na2CO3, which called white liquor, it is necessary to consider H-Factor. H- Factor as a mathematical calculation that based on relation between time and temperature of the cooking .In this digester unit process sould result good with viscosity 10-22 cP and kappa number 5-8. To get viscosity and kappa number and it this specification is by controlling H- factor. High temperature and same duration , the properties of cellulose might be destroyed, so that from observation result is obtained that the viscosity and kappa number divide to H-Factor
