dc.description.abstractEvery raw material that used must be sortated first according to the legal parameters of the factory ang must fulled the standart of the factory. After the sortation, then FFB pulled with lori to the sterilization station. In the process, time of the sterilization is the important things to watch over. Because with more longer time of the sterilization used, it makes a lot of oil losses content in empty bunch and condensate liquids and also destroy quality of oil and nucleus. If progressively shorten the its sterillization time will cause the underdone fruit so that some of bunch not get out of the bunch, pulverizing in imperfect digester. From inspection result have been obtained by a best sterillization time that is 90 minute with the pressure 2,8 kg/cm2 so that can minimize the oil loss of condensate water equal to 0,48 % and empty bunch equal to 2,46.en_US
