dc.description.abstractAfter doing to decision of ammoniak in air with nessler method use spectrophotometer UV-Visible with long wave 425 nm. Ammoniak will be dangerous if the rates have exceeded the standart boundary so that can contaminate the air and environment. To determine ammoniak of air ambient in Institution Technics of Health Environment & Fight of Disease Infection (BTKL & PPM) with use spectrophotometer UV-Visible appliance. The experiment was resulted ammoniak rates from sample i is 0,0076 mg/l, sample ii is 0,0048 mg/l, sample iii is 0,0048 mg/l, sample iv is 0,0139 mg/l and sample v is 0,0163 mg/l. The result of analysis shows that ammoniak in air rates is below the standart which have been specified by Minister of Health that is 25 mg/L or 17 mg/m3.en_US
