Pitch fungtion as binder ( glue ) from dry materials or filler materials to appear coke and butt. In the process this raw material is mixed be hoped that paste to product in the good situation so that printed anode block not to down quality of anode. Revealed in the pitch to be much komponens can be influenced to quality of anode. Α – resin is componen can be influenced to quality of anode. This situation can be proof with so much the fat pitch and as influenced manner fact fluiditas paste so that so much the fluid paste so that the high GB AD ( Green Block Apperent Densitty ). The way to maintain the quality of anode fixed good that is with mixed pitch the high α – resin with the low α – resin with ratio 50% : 50% and with to ascertain target GB AD to already in test try to way experience to fit standard to good quality for used in the reduction furnace.
