Gambaran Histologis Hepar Mencit Jantan (Mus musculus L) Strain DDW setelah Dipajankan Asap Rokok Elektrik dengan Rasa Gudang Garam dan Strawberry

Abstract

A research has been conducted to study the influence of Gudang Garam and strawberry flavour electric cigarret to histologic structure of DDW strain male mice liver (Mus musculus L.). The experiment was carried out by Completely Randomized Design (CDR) with 3 treatments and 8 replications. Treatments consist of untreated control (K0), electric cigarret with Gudang Garam flavour (P1), and electric cigarret with Strawberry flavour (P2). All mices were treated everyday during 14 days with minimal dose 20 times sniff or till the mice in the smooking box disactive. The result showed that the histologic structure of male mice livers between threatment of electric cigarret with Gudang Garam flavour and strawberry of electric cigarret flavour did not effect significantly (p > 0,05).
