Gambaran Histologis Ginjal Mencit (Mus musculus L.) Strain DDW setelah Pembersihan Ekstrak N-Heksan Buah Andaliman (Zanthoxylum acanthopodium DC.)

Abstract

The research has been conducted to study the effect of N-hexane extract of the andaliman fruit (Zanthoxylum acanthopodium DC.) to the histologic structure of mice kidney (Mus musculus L.) strain DDW. Experiment was carried out using Completely Randomized Design (CDR) with 5 treatments and 6 replication. Treatments consist of untreated control (T0), solvent control 1 % of CMC (T1), N-hexane extract of andaliman fruit (2%= T2), (4%=T3) and (6%=T4). All treatments were given by oral gavage (0,1 ml/10g/bw) start from 1st day to 10th days of gestation. The result showed that N-hexane extract of the andaliman fruit give significant effect to the histologic structure of mice kidney (p < 0,05).
