Abstract

Comparative analysis has been carried Levels Free Fatty Acid (FFA) of Crude Palm Oil In Vacuum Dryer and Storage Tanks at PT. Multimas Nabati Asahan. The method used in this analysis is a method of titration alkalimetry. Results obtained from comparative analysis of free fatty acid levels were highest at 3.57% and 3.88% Vacuum Dryer Storage Tank at which the free fatty acid levels still meet the quality standards that allowed is <5%.
