Abstract

The determination of the optimum water content is one of the most important things to improv its quality of cigarette paper. The proper moisture content to produce the desired quality of the paper. The water content is determined using the moisture analyzer. The results analysis than that water content are 4.15 to 5.50%. However, the water levels are good and suitable for use is ± 4.90 - 5.50%. And it is not recommended to exceed or less than a standard limit is 4.0 to 6.0%.
