Pemeriksaan Warna dengan Menggunakan Lovibond Tintometer dan Penentuan Kadar Air dari Crude Palm Kernel Oil (Cpko) di PT.Agro Jaya Perdana

Abstract

The contain of determination of moisture in palm kernel oil influence the quality of palm oil very much. The high quantity of determination of moisture make oil has a bad smell and decrease the quality of the palm kernel oil.determination of moisture can be done by heating method with temperature 130o C ± 1o C in 30 minutes. To know content colour intensity in palm kernel oil it’s checked by using of Lovibond Tintometer.
