dc.description.abstractThe contain of determination of moisture in palm kernel oil influence the quality of palm oil very much. The high quantity of determination of moisture make oil has a bad smell and decrease the quality of the palm kernel oil.determination of moisture can be done by heating method with temperature 130o C ± 1o C in 30 minutes. To know content colour intensity in palm kernel oil it’s checked by using of Lovibond Tintometer.en_US
