dc.description.abstractThe processing of palm oil boiling process will determine the quality of the results produced palm oil. In the process of boiling palm oil vapor pressure and boiling time is very important to note because the longer the pressure of time and also the higher temperatures that can cause the loss of the greater number of condensate oil in water. From the results of the examination have been obtained by boiling method is the best method of the three peaks system with pressure 2.3 kg/cm2 , 2.5 kg/cm2, 2.8 kg/cm2 and long boiling 90 minutes in order to obtain the maximum percentage of oil lost at 0, 7% in accordance with established quality standards.en_US
