Levels of free fatty acids from CPO which was taken from the oil tank, oil purifier, and vacuum dryer for 6 days have been determined with volumetric method. Of the results of a study of the CPO obtained from Oil Tank and free fatty acids levels in storage each started from day I,day II, day III, day of IV, V and the VI day were 3,48%, 3,83%, 4,31%, 4,52%, 4,78%, 4,96%. Free fatty acids levels of CPO taken from the Oil Purifier on the day I, day II, day III, IV day, day of V, and VI day were 3,33%, 3,59%, 3,78%, 3,99%, 4,44%, 4,68% and levels of free fatty acids from CPO were taken from the Vacuum Dryer on the day I, day II, day III, day IV, day of V, and VI day were 2,83%, 2,95%, 3,25%, 3,57%, 3,86%, 4,14%. From result of this research it can be seen that the levels Free Fatty Acid of CPO which is stored in Oil Tank, Oil Purifier, and Vacuum Dryer during 6 days fulfill SNI 01-0002-1987.en_US
