    Abstract
Malaria is an infectious disease caused by infection with the parasite Plasmodium which belonged to the protozoa, live and breed in human blood cells. Malaria is naturally transmitted by the bite of Anopheles sp. The pathogenesis of malaria is complex, and the clinical presentation of disease ranges from severe and complicated, to mild and uncomplicated, to asymptomatic malaria. Diagnosing asymptomatic malaria is not as straighiforward due to the obvious lack of clear clinical manifestations and a low number of parasites. Asymptomatic malaria is prevalent in malaria endemic regions and has become a serious cause for concern as efforts are increasing towards eliminating the parasite. This study aims to determine the relationship of environmental risk factor, behavior, history of malaria and nutritional status with the incidence of asymptomatic malaria in asymptomatic at the students of SMA Negeri 1 Krueng Sabee, Aceh Jaya. The samples in this study using total sampling technique. The number of samples that meet the criteria for inclusion in this study is 94 students. Asymptomatic malaria examination carried out by microscopic. Based on the results of blood tests microscopically, was not found the Plasmodium parasite in the blood of students of SMA Negeri 1 Krueng Sabee, Aceh Jaya. The research results on malaria risk factors shown that the students environment and behavior related to malaria are still poor. Only a small proportion of respondents who have a history of malaria and nutritional status were generally normal. Based on the results of the bivariate analysis, risk factors associated with a history of malaria illness in students of SMA Negeri 1 Krueng Sabee are the existence of wire netting on ventilation, the condition of the house walls, the existence of a ceiling, the existence of bushes, the behavior of using mosquito nets, the behavior of activities outside the home at night, the behavior of hanging clothes in the room, the behavior of visiting the gold mining area, and nutritional status
