Penentuan Nilai PRI (Plasticity Retention Index) Crumb Rubber Berdasarkan Perbedaan Pencampuran Bahan Baku Compo dan Slab di PT Perkebunan Nusantara III

Abstract

A study concerning the determination of the value of PRI (plasticity retention index) based on differences in the composition of the raw material mixing Compo: slab, where the raw material compo: slab varied as follows, namely 1:1; 1:3; 3:1. The default is the value of Po SIR 10 min 30 min 60 and PRI, while the value of Po SIR 20 min 30 min 50 and PRI. PRI value obtained from the comparison between Pa (plasticity after pengusangan divided Po (plasticity before pengusangan) multiplied by 100%, where Po and Pa is determined by using a Wallace Punch. Based on the results of research conducted showed that the ratio of Compo: slab corresponding to the standard SIR 10 and 20 is 3:1.
