Analisis Logam Timbal (Pb) dan Timah (Sn) pada Minuman Beralkohol dengan Menggunakan Spektrofotometer Serapan Atom

Abstract

Have been done the examinations of metal contents lead (Pb) and tin (Sn) in alcoholic beverage by using Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry. The results show that they contains tin (Sn) 6,5532 ppm, and lead (Pb) 0,174 ppm. These results revealed can be concluded that the metal contamination in alcoholic beverages did not exceeded limit concentration regulated by National Standard Indonesia (SNI) no: 01-4456-1998.
