Analisis Kadar Logam Cu, Zn, dan As Dari Bihun yang Beredar di Kota Medan Menggunakan Alat Spektrofotometer Serapan Atom

Abstract

The existence of metal contamination in Bihun that is consumed by people in Indonesia generally can cause many health problems. This research supposes to know how many content the metal contamination of Cu, Zn, and As in Bihun. These metal is analysed by using Atomic Absorption Spektrophotometer (AAS) at spesific wave lenght 324,8 nm for Cu, 213,9 nm for Zn, and 193,7 nm for As. The result of the research shows that bihun consists of copper (Cu) 1,2061 mg/kg, zinc (Zn), and arsenic(As) 0 mg/kg. Based on the data we know the content of metal contamiation in bihun fulfills the standard of SNI 01-2975-2006.
