dc.description.abstractResearch of storage time on the Free Fatty Acid in the CPO and RBDPO using alkalimetry titration with NaOH. The result obtained inndicate that the increased number of Free Fatty Acids for CPO at the first day until sixth day are 4,11%, 4,23%, 4,28%, 4,42%, 4,61%, 4,94% and 5,01%. For RBDPO are 0,0436%, 0,0452%, 0,0528%, 0,0633%, 0,0812%, 0,0941% and 0,1025%. Analysis results obtained by the number of the Free Fatty Acids in the CPO and RBDPO was increased. The longer storage of CPO and RBDPO it will the more long hydrolysis reaction occurs resulting increase of the number Free Fatty Acids.en_US
