dc.description.abstractIodine value comparison has been done of Crude Palm Kernel Oil (CPKO) and Refined Bleached Deodorized Palm Kernel Oil (RBD PKO) from Dumai region, using the Single solvent (carbon tetrachloride) and solvent mixture (Cyclohexane + Acetic Acid). From the analysis of numbers obtained from the Iodine Crude Palm Kernel Oil (CPKO) and Refined Bleached Deodorized Palm Kernel Oil (RBD PKO) by using a single solvent carbon tetrachloride was 17.43 g I2/100 g and 17.40 g I2/ 100 g, iodine value of Crude Palm Kernel Oil (CPKO) and Refined Bleached Deodorized Palm Kernel Oil (RBD PKO) by using a solvent mixture of Acetic Acid + Cyclohexane (1:1) was 17.68 g I2/100 g and 17.70 g I2/100en_US
