dc.description.abstractDetermination of acephate pesticide residues in cocoa and clove seeds using gas chromatography. Gas chromatography equipped with FPD detector, column DB5, H2 carrier gas with a flow rate of 75 kPa. Column temperature used 100 ° C-250 ° C, a temperature of 230 ° C injector and detector temperature of 250 ° C. From the results obtained in cocoa beans A 0.0144 mg / kg and cocoa B 0.0144 mg / kg, while the seed cloves A 0.0003 mg / kg and cloves B 0.0007 mg / kg, indicating this value does not exceed the maximum limits of pesticide residues that have been established by Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture No. 24 / Permentan / SR. 140/4/2011 of technical registration and licensing of pesticides that if the value of the ADI for humans ≤ 0015 mg / kg (equal to the estimated safe level of residue ≤ 1 ppm).en_US
