Laju Pertumbuhan Populasi Ikan Jurung (Tor tambra) di Hapa dengan Pemberian Pakan yang Berbeda

Abstract

Research about The Rate of Population Growth of Jurung Fish (Tor tambra) in Container (Hapa) with different feed was done by comparing the growth rate in natural spring pond with two treatments and 20 replicates. This research used “experimental” methods in two containers (hapa) for 12 weeks. Jurung fish survival rate with the differences in treatment provision of the pellets and without pellet showed the same survival rate (100%). Jurung fish weight gain by giving pellets was 24.5 grams and without pellets was 6.1 grams. The length of jurung fish average was 8.4cm and without pellets was 3.2 cm. The length and weight relation equation shows the same result, namely the growth of positive allometric with value b from granting preferential treatment was 4.6432 pellets and without pellet was 4.38791.
