dc.description.abstract | Uric acid is a final product of purin metabolism. The aim of this study is to describe the effect of etanol extract of soursop (Annona Muricata L.) leaves on mouse blood uric acid level. This study was designed by Complete Randomized Design (CRD) with 2 cotrols: negative control (given aquadest), positive control (given cow’s brain 0,15ml/mouse) for eleven days and 3 treatmens. The treatments were: 0,1 mg, 0,2 mg, 0,3 mg respectively for ten days. Resent show the cow’s brain and soursop leaves no effect on body weight of mice. Given cow’s brain significant raise the uric acid level blood mice and soursop leaves significant lower the uric acid level blood’s mice. The giving of extract soursop leaves for ten days at concentration 0,2 mg significantly decrease uric acid level in mice hyperuricemia. | en_US |
