dc.description.abstractResearch has been with high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). By using column results : oktadesilsilana, 5μm,4,6 mm x 25 cm RP 18: mobile phase of phosphate buffer (KH2PO4) pH 6.8 and methanol ratio of 92 : 8; flow rate : 1 ml/min; injection volume : 20 μl; and detektor : UV VIS 225 nm. From the results of the study, the levels of , whereas okky jelly drink taste of guava obtainable sorbic acid, sodium saccharin is negative and sodium benzoic is 166,92 mg/kg, while okky jelly drink taste of mixberry obtainable sorbic acid, sodium saccharin is negative and sodium benzoic is 183,80 mg/kg. According to SNI limit of safe consumption of sodium benzoic is 200 mg/kg, sorbic acid is 500 mg/kg, and sodium saccharin is 200 mg/kg, so the levels of Bensorsac in okky jelly drink meet the quality standards.en_US
