dc.description.abstract | The Identification has been made in the synthesis of dyes in candy solid Chromatography Paper at the Center for Food and Drug Administration. Solvents used are glacial acetic acid to bind the dye in the sample and as elution there are two: first a mixture of isobutanol: ethanol: water (3: 2: 2), both trisodium and as a coloring agent comparator used Methilen Yellow, Ponceau 4R, Briliat Blue, Green S, Allura Red, Eritrosin, Tartrazine, and Yellow FCF / Sunset Yellow. From the analysis, there is a coloring agent Sunset Yellow, Brilliant Blue, Allura Red and Tartrazine.
