dc.description.abstractHad been experiment determination of moisture content and free fatty acids content in crude palm oil. Where was determination of moisture content by gravimetric method performed by heat method in oven at temperature 130 ° C until 30 minutes. While the determination of free fatty acid content performed by volumetric titration method using standard solution of NaOH 0,25 N with used an indicators phenoptalein. The results obtained moisture content is 0,1647% - 0,2199%, while free fatty acid content is 3,7822% - 4,1405%. the conclusion for analysis of the crude palm oil is still in accordance with the quality standard set by the company.en_US
