The diversity of fish in the river flow Bah Bolon, district of Simalungun has been observed in July 2016. The purpose of this study was to analyze the diversity of fish and its relationship to physical and chemistry factors of water. Determining the location of the point of the study using the "purposive sampling". Eleven species of fish that obtained from observation sites are classified into three ordos (Cypriniformes, Perciformes and Siluriformes). The highest diversity was found in Station 3 with a value of 1.57 ind/m2 and the lowest at station 4 with a value of 1.35 ind/m2 .
