Analisa Kadar Gula dalam Darah dengan Menggunakan Spektrofotometer Microlab 300

Abstract

Analysis has been carried out in blood sugar levels by using a spectrophotometer microlab 300 with a wavelength of 500nm and 546nm using a Hg lamp. From the resulting data concluded that patients with diabetes mellitus at the age of majority is over 4o years. According to research epideniologi who until recently held in Indonesia, the frequency of diabetes ranges from 1.5 s / d 2.3% except in Manado is quite high at 6%. The number of patients with diabetes in 2020 will increase by 86-138% compared to the increase of Indonesia's population in the same period only 40%.
