dc.description.abstractDetermination has been made Saponification and Free Fatty Acid in Sunflower Seed Oil samples after storage for several months. From the analysis results obtained by saponification in Sunflower Seed Oil for: samples that had been stored for 2 weeks 189.50 mg KOH/g; samples that had been stored for 3 months 189.11 mg KOH/g; samples that have been stored for > 6 months of 188.70 mg KOH/g. While on Free Fatty Acid Oleic Acid which acts as obtained results for: samples that had been stored for 2 weeks 1.05%; sample was stored for 3 months 1.09%; samples that have been stored for > 6 months 1.12%. The results of the analysis are obtained according to the International quality standard on saponification is 188-192 mg KOH / g and Free Fatty Acid 2% - 5%.en_US
