Abstract

THE EFFECT AMOUNT OF WATER TOWARD PERCENTAGE OF OIL LOSSES IN SLUDGE AT THE SLUDGE SEPARATOR OF PTP. NUSANTARA III. MANUFACTURE OF CRUDE OIL RAMBUTAN ABSTRACT Laboratorium analysis has been done about the effect of amount of using water toward oil percentage in sludge which is dumbed to waste. In manufacture of crude oil is obtained pure crude oil and sludge which is processed again to pick up oil residue. One factor is the very important to attentioned is water and very influenced toward of manufacture losses. From the result oil pick up of sludge in PTP. Nusantara III Manufacture of Crude Oil Rambutan obtained percentage of oil losses with using optimal water is 1.2 ton on capacity of machine is 8 ton is about 0,83 – 1,58 % and has been fulled standart of manufacture.
