dc.description.abstractFree Fatty Acid of Palm Kernel Methyl Ester in Direktorat Jenderal Bea Cukai Belawan Badan Pengujian Dan Identifikasi Barang has been determined and the result are compared to free fatty acid of Indonesia National Standard (SNI) . The method that is used to determine the concentration of free fatty acid is volumetric titration by using of potassium hydroxide 1 N as titrant, Phenolpthalein as the indicator and netral alcohol as solvent. From the observation, the concentration of free fatty acid Palm Kernel Methyl Ester is 1,49% . Therefore, the concentration of free fatty acid in Palm Kernel Methyl Ester has already met Indonesia National Standard (SNI) .en_US
