Penentuan Asam Lemak Bebas dalam Coconut Fatty Acid Distillate (CFAD) dan Palm Fatty Acid Distillate (PFAD) dengan Metode Titrasi
Abstract
Has done analized on the levels of Free Fatty Acid (FFA) on Coconut Fatty Acid
Destillate (CFAD) and Palm Fatty Acid Destillate (PFAD) in PT. Palmcoco
laboratories. Samples studied are from Semarang, Surabaya and Jakarta. The
method used in determining the free fatty acid levels in the CFAD and PFAD is
the volumetric.
From the results of analized on the content of Free Fatty Acid (FFA)
derived CFAD from Dumai 76,96%, 75,95% of Surabaya and Tanjung Priok
72,38% of Free Fatty Acids while on PFAD from Dumai 78,37%, 86,89% from
Surabaya and from Tanjung Priok 82,13%.
