Abstract

The energy used in Kneader-201 is 106.7 Kwh and Kneader-202 is 162.2 Kwh which will produce a homogeneous pasta dough with the value AD (Apparent Density) 1.650 g / cc, corresponding to not produce GB (Green Block) reject . The total energy used 9.14 Kwh / T. With the waterwheel in to AD (Apparent Density) is good and if its energy is less than 9.0 Kwh / T then the value of AD (Apparent Density) is very low causing raw block (Green Block) to Reject (not usable)
