dc.description.abstract | Green Scrap is a mixture of materials that do not deserve to be printed because it does not meet the specifications that still contain coal tar pitch which can facilitate energy Kneader work so much easier in control. The energy used in Kneader-201 is 106.7 Kwh and Kneader-202 is 162.2 Kwh which will produce a homogeneous pasta dough with the value AD (Apparent Density) 1.650 g / cc, corresponding to not produce GB (Green Block) reject . The total energy used 9.14 Kwh / T. With the waterwheel in to AD (Apparent Density) is good and if its energy is less than 9.0 Kwh / T then the value of AD (Apparent Density) is very low causing raw block (Green Block) to Reject (not usable) | en_US |
