Analisis Penentuan Rendemen Minyak Sawit dari Dera dari Derajat Kematangan Buah Mentah, Buah Setengah Matang Setengah Matang dan Buah Matang pada PTPN IV Unit Adolina Perbaungan

Abstract

Has been determined analysis of rendeman Crude Palm Oil (CPO) in PTPN IV Unit Adolina Perbaungan by using extraction soklet tool. The principle of sokletation is repeted filtration again so that the result obtained are perfectly and the solvent that used relatively few. If filtration has been completed, then the solvent was evaporated again and the rest is filtered substances. Sokletation method using a volatile solvent and can soluble organic compound that in the sampel, but does not dissolve unwanted solids. The result of analysis by using extraction soklet tool will be obtain rendemen palm oil (CPO) from raw fruit (F0), half ripe fruit (F1) and ripe fruit (F2) in a row is : 17.50%; 21.85%; 23.30%.
