Processing of palm oil to crude oil (CPO) and palm kernel (PKO) consists of several processing processes such as weighing, boiling, lubrication, forging, purification, and core quotation. The percentage of palm oil losses in toxic pulp strongly affects the quantity of palm oil itself. The pressing process is affected by the type of threaded pressing, hydraulic pressure and the default of a press machine. In this pressing process hydraulic pressure is very important because this hydraulic pressure effect on loss of oil produced later. In accordance with the norms of factory tolerance, the loss of oil on crushed pulp is only tolerated up to 4.5%. The percentage of oil losses obtained after the analysis by the method of socletation extraction is with an optimum pressure of 36-40 bar with an average percentage of oil loss of 3.75%.en_US
