dc.description.abstractIdentification has been carried out with a sample of cyclamate in beverages, that is: fruit juice honey, marjan coco pandan. Used for qualitative analysis of the precipitation reaction. With the deposition reaction is by using reagent HCl(p), BaCl2 10%, NaNO2 10%, Ethyl Acetate, NaOH, cyclohexane, H2SO4(p), H2SO4 30%. The reagents serve as reagents for cyclamate that exist in the sample. White precipitation on fruit juice honey samples obtained positive results stating to white precipitate, while the marjan coco pandan samples obtained negative results declare no white precipitate. Used for quantitative analysis of spectrophotometry visible obtained cyclamate levels of 4 mg / L.en_US
