dc.description.abstractHas done analysis of free fatty acid levels (FFA) and analysis of water content in palm kernel oil (PKO) in Multimas Nabati Asahan. Free fatty acid analysis was done by titration with NaOH method and analysis of water content by evaporation method. From the results obtained by analysis of free fatty acid content averaged 3,24 % and 6,57% for water content. These data still meet export quality standart set by Standart Nasional Indonesian (SNI) is 3% for free fatty acid and 8% for water content.en_US
