Abstract

The first element which determine for quality of crode palm oil is free fatty acid content, moisture content and dirty contant. Clarification station is the final station for all manufacture crude palm process and in the station can knew the product from crude palm oil has been suitable to standard quality which desire or not, pass through testing in the laboratorium. Oil purifier and vacuum drier is the cleanser instrumental in the clarification station which can be to go down dirty content and moisture content of crude palm oil. After pass through this second instrumental, obtained crude palm oil which containing the free fatty acid contant 3,62%, moisture content 0,144% and dirty content 0,0175%
