dc.description.abstractObservations have been carried out to determine changes in the levels of free fatty acids and water content of the CPO before and after vacuum driyer on palm oil processing in PT. Vegetable Multimas Kuala Tanjung shavings. Free fatty acid was determined by titration method asidi alkalimetri using the standard solution of 0.1 N NaOH and phenolphthalein indicator while the water content was determined by gravimetric method through evaporation. The analysis showed that prior to vacuum driyer ALB levels were obtained at 3.66%, while after treatment driyer vacuum of 3.52%, which means a change in FFA levels of 0.14%. Furthermore, water content was obtained before treatment driyer vacuum of 0.90% and after vacuum driyer Yag 0.44% moisture content means a change of 0.46%.en_US
