dc.description.abstractWe report the determination of levels of C-Organic, Nitrogen, Phosphorus and Potassium in Tempe Foul by decay days 1,3,4 and 6 days. In this study preceded sampling tempe foul in Medan Setia Budi market. Levels of C-organic conducted by the method Gravimetry, organic-C levels was conducted using Kjeldhal, levels of phosphorus was conducted using UV Spectrophotometer Visibel and potassium levels was conducted using Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer (AAS). From the results of research based on the decay time where the longer the decay of the higher levels so that the rising levels of N (N = 3.47 to 3.93%), then the levels of K and C at tempe decay decline in the length of decay in which the levels of K (9 % -7%) and the levels C (39% -37%) with this we can conclude K and C levels decreased due to the length of decay that occurs. So that can know the results of this experiment can be used as biogas and fertilizer.en_US
