The determination of free fatty acid content have been done in palm kernel that just
produced with palm kernel that stored for 5 days. From result of analysis, obtained data of
free fatty acid content of palm kernel that just produced with palm kernel that stored for 5
days that’s 0,39; 0,72; 0,79; 0,83; 0,87, and 0,93. Can be concluded that the storage of palm
kernel oil for 5 days is still in accordance with defined quality standards, namely 1%.
