dc.description.abstractIn the process of separation of stearin fraction and Olein on RBDPO (Refine Blanch Deodorizen Palm Oil) is done by a decrease in temperature from 65oCto 26.5 °C in the cristalizer with 12Rpm playback until 8Rpm. The goal is to get the stearin crystals. Furthermore separated using cleaning methods using tools Filterpress Frasksinasi with suppressor 2 barg - 12 barg. Then determined Numbers Iodine (Iodine Value), Numbers Peroxide (Peroxide Value), Colour (Color), point Murky (Cloud Point),% Impurity and Water Content (% M & I),% Free Fatty Acid (% Free Faty Acid) and compared Quality standards in the laboratory.en_US
