Have been studied about analysis quality of oil produce from vacum dryer in Pabrik
Kelapa Sawit PT. Perkebunan Nusantara II Pagar Merbau. This Study through direct
perception in palm factory and through analysis follow the example of produced palm oil
in laboratory by taking some parameter quality of as object analysis that is content of free
fat acid and water rate. Free fat acid contents and water rate which taking away from
analyzed example of production oil successively is 3,82 - 4,89 % and 0,151 - 0,47 %,
while free fat acid contents standard and specified water rate at company is 5%, and
0,5%. Hence free fat acid contents value and the water rate have fulfilled company
standard. Factors which influencing of quality from palm oil among others timely
cropping, gathering process and transportation of fruit, degree of fruit maturity and
processing process during in factory.
