    Abstract
The welling indeks is very influential on the physical properties of rubber thread is breakingresistance. To generate high quality rubber thread products in before made in to yarn rubber compound to be tasted with parameter compound to determine the swelling indeks of compound development.. If the result of the low swelling rubber thread will tire easily and vice versa if the swelling is high then the rubber will stiff thread. So the value of a good swelling in compound indeks between 2,00 to 2,11 and resistance at break on rubber thread count is 42 NS 40 3010 to 3324.
